Exhibition Hours
Venue & Floor Plan
The exhibition hall is located in the heart of the Titanic Deluxe Lara Congress Centre, directly adjacent to the main plenary hall and all coffee break stations. All delegate traffic flows through the exhibition area between sessions.

How to Book Your Sponsorship
A simple, transparent process from first enquiry to congress day — with a dedicated sponsorship team guiding you at every step.
Submit Your Enquiry
Contact the sponsorship team by email at sponsors@worldleish8.org with your preferred package or opportunity. We respond within 2 business days with a detailed proposal tailored to your objectives.
Receive Your Sponsorship Agreement
Once you confirm the package, we issue a formal Sponsorship Agreement and invoice. Custom packages can be discussed at this stage. The agreement covers all deliverables, timelines, and artwork specifications.
Payment & Confirmation
A 50% deposit secures your package and booth location. The balance is due 60 days before the congress. Payment by bank transfer or credit card. Full VAT invoices issued for all transactions.
Submit Artwork & Details
Our team will send you an Exhibitor Manual with all deadlines, technical specifications, and logistics information. Submit logos, booth graphics, session details, and delegate names via the dedicated portal.
Arrive & Exhibit
On-site sponsor liaison ensures smooth move-in, booth setup assistance, and real-time support throughout the congress. A post-event report with reach metrics is provided within 2 weeks of closing.
Terms & Conditions
Key terms that govern sponsorship at WorldLeish8. A full T&C document is provided with the sponsorship agreement.
Payment
50% deposit due upon signing. Remaining 50% due 60 days before congress. All prices in EUR excl. VAT. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation
More than 180 days: 25% cancellation fee. 90–180 days: 50% fee. Less than 90 days: 100% of total fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Artwork
All artwork must meet minimum quality specifications (300 dpi print, SVG/EPS or PNG preferred for digital). Organisers reserve the right to reject artwork not meeting congress standards.
Symposia Content
All sponsored session content must be submitted to the Scientific Committee for approval. The committee reserves the right to reject sessions that do not meet scientific standards or are purely promotional in nature.
Booth Assignment
Booth locations are allocated in tier order (Platinum first) based on the date of confirmed payment. The organisers reserve the right to adjust the floor plan if required for safety or logistical reasons.
Force Majeure
If the congress is cancelled or significantly postponed due to force majeure, organisers will offer a credit towards the next WorldLeish congress. Refund policy details are in the full T&C document.
